Delivery

 POLOCHON & CIE recalls that the Customer must inspect the packages delivered as part of his/her order(s). Any package showing anomalies when handed over to the Customer must be the subject of a written reservation at the time of collection and be declared to POLOCHON & CIE within 3 days of the date of delivery. In the event that the Customer has not made these reservations/declarations, no claim relating to the condition of the package(s) can be accepted a posteriori by POLOCHON & CIE.

1. Shipping times

Orders placed online via the www.polochon-cie.fr site are collected every day from Monday to Friday, except public holidays. POLOCHON & CIE  does its utmost to process and ship within 48 hours any order placed before 11 am, however the processing and preparation time of an order can be extended depending on the items and last up to a week especially for personalized products.

Upon receipt of the shipping confirmation email, the Customer may take into account the deadlines of the carriers announced below.

No order will be processed on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays as well as during the holiday periods indicated on the site.

In the case of an order that includes one or more unavailable products as well as one or more available products, POLOCHON & CIE ships the order upon receipt of all the products that constitute the order. If the Customer wishes to receive as soon as possible the products available immediately, he is advised to isolate these items in a specific order apart.

If the products are not available, the delivery time is equal to the time indicated in the product availability section. If it turns out that the shipping time cannot be met, a new deadline will then be communicated to the Customer, depending on the data known by POLOCHON & CIE. In this case, a proposal for cancellation of order, credit or refund will also be made to the Customer.

An e-mail is automatically sent to the Customer at the time of shipment of the products provided that the e-mail address indicated in the registration form does not contain any errors.

 

2. Delivery times by post

Orders will be shipped by Colissimo or Express Delivery by Chronopost according to the following indicative deadlines :

-        Standard delivery by Colissimo (usually 48 hours)

This delivery method allows the Customer to receive his package within 48 hours of shipment thanks to the Post Office and the Colissimo Expert or Profile service (excluding processing time and preparation of the order which can take from 1 to 2 days). Deliveries are made from Monday to Saturday morning, except public holidays. The costs incurred for this option depend on the weight and total volume of the items ordered.

The parcel is taken care of by the Post Office and delivered against signature to the delivery address indicated by the Customer. In case of absence at the time of delivery, a notice of passage is deposited at the delivery address indicated by the Customer, which allows the latter to collect his package in the nearest post office. Parcels are kept pending at the Post Office for 15 calendar days. In case of non-withdrawal within the time limit, the products will be returned to POLOCHON & CIE which will refund the price of the products, the shipping costs remaining the responsibility of the Customer.

-        Express delivery by Chronopost (usually 24 hours)

This delivery method allows the Customer to receive his package within 24 hours of shipment thanks to Chronopost (excluding processing and preparation time of the order which can take from 1 to 2 days). Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday, except public holidays. The costs incurred for this option depend on the weight and total volume of the items ordered.

The package is taken care of by Chronopost and delivered against signature to the delivery address indicated by the Customer. The Customer must make sure to fill in the conditions of access to the place of delivery (code, building, floor, door ...), as well as a telephone number where the Customer is easily reachable. In case of absence, a notice of passage is deposited at the delivery address indicated by the Customer, which allows the latter to collect his package at the address and according to the methods indicated. Parcels are kept pending at the Post Office for 15 calendar days. In case of non-withdrawal within the time limits set by the carrier, the products will be returned to POLOCHON & CIE which will refund the price of the products, the shipping costs remaining the responsibility of the Customer.

For some space-saving products such as card items or bracelets you will have the possibility to choose a delivery by single mail (Green stamps), less expensive but with a delivery time of up to 5 working days.

3. Delivery delays related to the carrier

In the event of a delay in delivery compared to the deadlines announced by the carriers, the Customer must contact the carrier or its distribution office. POLOCHON & CIE is not responsible for delays in delivery attributable to carriers
